1. Services Overview

AngkorTransfer provides an online platform for booking transportation services, including:

  • Airport shuttle transfers between Siem Reap International Airport and Siem Reap town
  • Private transfers (one-way and round-trip)
  • Private tours around Siem Reap

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our website or approved communication channels.
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment is completed and a confirmation is issued.
  • Customers must provide accurate information (name, contact details, flight number, pickup time, etc.).
  • AngkorTransfer is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, and service selected.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be refunded.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

5. Pickup & Waiting Time

  • For airport pickups, drivers will monitor flight arrivals.
  • A free waiting time (e.g., 60–90 minutes) may be provided after landing.
  • For city pickups, customers must be ready at the agreed time and location.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely arrival at pickup location.
  • Provide correct contact details for communication.
  • Follow local laws and behave respectfully during the service.
  • Any damages caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

7. Vehicle & Driver

  • AngkorTransfer partners with professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles.
  • Vehicle type may vary based on availability.
  • We aim to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation at all times.

8. Liability

  • AngkorTransfer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Customers are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.

9. Changes to Booking

  • Any changes must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes in service type.

10. Private Tours

  • Tour itineraries may be flexible depending on customer preferences and time availability.
  • Entrance fees, meals, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.
  • Customers should follow the driver/guide’s instructions for safety and timing.

11. Privacy

  • We collect and use customer information only for booking and service purposes.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service.

12. Amendments

AngkorTransfer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
